You may be wondering if this is just another certificate to hang on my wall with a fancy name and not enough substance. I can assure you that it isn’t! Too often, programs help clients put together a plan with targets and goals, only to have poor execution and poor transparency in the end. We aren’t planners who get you started on a plan and then walk away. That’s not us and that’s not Level 5.

Breaking Down Mentor Plus Level 5
Level 5 is all about helping you accomplish your goals and grow. Level 5 is unique because we determine the levers and leading indicators to help you discover your goals. Rather than form a plan and walk away, SBS is actually there for you the entire time, providing a dashboard to see if we are doing the activities to meet your goals. The truth is that it’s a toolbox where we can pick any tool out of the toolbox at any of the five stages to help. In other words, all levels can be tapped into at any time to help grow your company.
In essence, we get your accounting in order so that you can spend more time with your family and grow your business. In the process, we provide you clarity of vision to grow your business and go to the next level, while being there for you every step of the way.
For a more technical deep dive, we start with getting your accounting foundation correct from the very beginning. After that, we help you become fluent in understanding your numbers and the untapped potential in your business. Next, we help you put together a roadmap to accomplish your goals. Then, we link goals to specific business activities, and measure and report outcomes of those activities. Finally, we help you monitor and strategically manage those critical activities that are necessary for you to reach your goals.
