If you stop to think about it, going paperless lessens your risk of ID theft because it’s much harder for someone to hack through an encrypted computer or file than it is for a thief to break into an office and sift through your paper files.
Of course, always back up your files in case of a man-made or natural disaster. If you’re going the way of the paperless office, I recommend redundant cloud-based storage – do a Google search to find the right vendor for you.
#3: Saving the Environment. There’s no doubt you’re doing your part to protect our earth’s resources with recycling and other activities, but going paperless does even more to save our landfills. God gave us but one planet to live on – and we need to help each other thrive and survive for as long as possible.
