If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my 13-year journey as an entrepreneur and small business owner at SBS Accountants & Advisors, it’s that change is happening all around us, and how we deal with that change determines if we will grow and prosper, or remain stagnant and suffer.
If you’ve been following our newsletter or social media (thank you!), you know about two big changes we recently made. First, after 13 years, we changed our name to SBS Accountants & Advisors, and then we recently unveiled our new advisory services division.
Before I get into what these changes are all about, I must first say that we will never forget our roots, yet we will use the past to shape the present and the future.
Without your gracious support and trust in us over the years, there would be no SBS today. We are committed now more than ever to the core principles that guided us as a company over these last 13 years. That means – first and foremost – delivering you powerful solutions to your everyday needs, and making sure you are living the happy and healthy lives you deserve.
Here’s a little more information about our changes and where we see SBS going into the future.
What’s in a Name?
Change can be scary for all of us, and going through a name change was definitely a big undertaking. But, we felt it had to be done.
After some self-reflection and input from others, we chose SBS Accounting & Advisors. “SBS” is our connection with the past, “Accounting” is the first way we help clients in their journey toward business transformation, and “Advisors” is our latest offering, as the second and final way we help clients experience business transformation.
We feel this name brings all of our best offerings to the forefront to better reflect who we are and what we’re all about.
Our New Advisory Services Division
One thing we are so excited about is our new advisory services division! It’s designed to continue to build our role as your trusted advisor by delivering deeper financial analytics and next-level plans to transform your business and bring you powerful long-term growth.
With advisory services such as cash flow management, SBS will implement key solutions and strategies for business growth, and be with you every step of the way. We are very excited to unveil more advisory services enhancements as we go so that you will continue to soar into the future.
